We ONLY make CERTIFIED shipments. Not certified shipments are cheaper, but when they get lost there is no way to locate the missing package. That is why Comixininos avoids making not certified shipments.
Certified shipments include a tracking number through which will be possible to locate the packaging even when the shipment gets lost. Also, it will allow you to know at any time the shipment status of your order just checking it out on the Correos website. Our careful packaging will avoid any damage during the shipment. We always make our shipments through Correos, unless stated otherwise.
How certified shipments work:
- They offer a recorded circulation.
- Delivered under certified signature at home.
- When the package can not be delivered, a notification is left, so as to be collected within the 15 days in your nearest post office.
Certified Shipment Services:
Packages with a total weight of 2 Kg or less = Certified Letter
Packages with a total weight greater than 2 Kg = Economy Delivery Parcel
Delivery Times:
- Spain: 1 to 3 working days.
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 4 working days
- Other destinations: 4 to 8 working days
Cost of Shipping One Item:
The shipping cost will vary depending on the item weight. You will find the shipping costs in the item description. Here you have some examples:
- Blood Bowl Miniatures and Accessories: 5 (Europe) - 6 (Rest of the world).
- Carded Star Wars and G.I.Joe action figures; 7,5 (Europe).
- Carded Marvel Legends and MOTU action figures: 13,75 (Europe).
Combined Shipments:
We offer combined shipments! If you buy two or more items, they will be all shipped together in the same package, in order to decrease the shipment cost per item. Enjoy our shipping discounts after the first item. Each item added to the shipment will involve additional shipping costs, much lower than the shipping costs for the first item.
The additional shipping costs of adding one item will vary depending on the kind of item (miniature, action figure
). You will find those additional costs in the item description. Here you have some examples:
- Blood Bowl Miniatures and Accessories: from 0,25 to 1,5 , depending on how many items are included in the shipment.
- Carded Star Wars and G.I.Joe action figures; 2,5 (Worldwide).
- Carded Marvel Legends and MOTU action figures: 4 (Worldwide).
Cash on Delivery Shipments:
From the second order on, place your order and do not make any payment until you correctly receive the items at home. You just need to choose the Cash on Delivery payment method. Once you receive the package, you will be asked to pay in cash.
Cash on Delivery shipment involves an extra cost of only 8 EUR, which will be added on the final invoice. This amount is what Correos (Spanish Post Office) charges for this kind of shipment. Note: buyers from most of the countries can ask for Cash on Delivery shipments. If your country is one of the exceptions, we will let you know once we receive your order.
All the costumers who have made at least one order to Comixininos may ask for a Cash on Delivery shipment.
Payment in Advance Options:
If you wish you may ask for a payment in advance in order to save the 8 EUR extra cost. You will be able to choose between a Bank transfer or a PayPal payment. Take a look at the "How to Order" section for more information.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted when, once the shipment has been received, the buyer thinks that the item description does not fit with the item received. Whenever those claims are fair, Comixininos will return the total amount received for the item (item price + shipping costs of that item). The only requirement is that the buyer ships back the item. Comixininos will assume the shipping costs of that shipment.
